What this covers

CRM IQ is software that businesses use to manage their own leads, messages, and appointments. This policy covers account holders of CRM IQ. Each business is responsible for its own customers' information and publishes its own privacy policy on its website and forms.

Information we keep

• Account details: name, email, and sign-in records.
• Workspace details the business enters: profile, services, team, and settings.
• CRM records the business stores: contacts, notes, tasks, appointments, and messages.
• Usage counts for texts, emails, and AI replies, used for plan limits and billing.

How it's used

Only to run the service for the business that owns the workspace: storing records, sending messages the business requests, AI drafting inside that workspace, billing, security, and support. Each workspace is kept separate from every other workspace.

Service providers

Hosting and database, payments (Stripe), and messaging providers the business connects (such as Twilio and Resend). Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by CRM IQ.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text consent collected on a business's forms are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Your choices

Account holders can update or export workspace data and request account deletion through Support. People whose details are stored by a business should contact that business directly.
