Terms of service

The service

CRM IQ provides software for managing leads, conversations, appointments, a business website or widget, and an AI assistant. Features depend on your plan and on the phone and email accounts you connect.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in secure and give access only to your own team.
• Get the permission required before texting or emailing people, and honor opt-outs.
• Review what your AI assistant says. It must not give legal, medical, financial, or insurance guarantees.
• Use only phone numbers, domains, and provider accounts you own or are authorized to use.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Text, email, and provider fees from Twilio or Resend are separate and billed by those providers. You can cancel any time through Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your data

You own the information in your workspace. We use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy policy.

Suspension

We may pause a workspace for unpaid balances, abuse, or messaging that breaks carrier or legal rules. We'll tell you why and how to fix it.

Limits

The service is provided as is. Message delivery depends on outside carriers and providers and isn't guaranteed.
